THE CUSTOMER/BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THESE ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE BY SIERRA IC INC , ARE NOT REPRESENTED AS HAVING ALL ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER CERTIFICATIONS.
