1. Can I order online?

   Yes, you can order online after you receive a quote and are registered to SIERRAIC.COM. We accept all Major credit cards, and PayPal.

2. What is your minimum order?

   $100.00 minimum  order per line item.

3. Do you accept credit cards?

   We accept all major credit cards and PayPal

4. What payment methods do you offer?

   We accept payment via credit cards, COD, wire transfers, and offer Net terms to qualified customers.

5. What is the warranty on the parts you sell?

   All items sold by SIERRA IC Inc carry a 30 day Form, Fit, and Function Guarantee. We also guarantee the parts will meet all of the manufacturer’s specifications. If the parts you receive do not meet the Form, Fit, and Function Specification of the manufacturer, we will replace the parts or refund your money. If you have any failures or problems with the items sold by SIERRA IC Inc during production, installation, or testing please fill out an RMA Request Form and fax it to 1(704)919-5496 within 30 days of receipt of the parts. .
